Human Resources Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage all HR functions, including talent review and acquisition, performance management, organizational capability and design, compensation, diversity, employee relations, leadership development, and training
- Provide leadership, advice, and counsel to all employees
- Lead the Company’s staffing and recruiting efforts to ensure the hiring of top talent.
- Increase the use of technology in administering and managing HR services and programs
- Implement and communicate company policies and procedures
- Insure compliance with labor laws and payroll requirements
Human Resources Manager Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 5+ years of HRM experience in a luxury hotel
- Unquestionable work ethic, personal integrity, and honesty
- Strong team development, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
