Job Summary:
This firm is hiring a seasoned Personal Injury Litigation Attorney Manager for its Washington, D.C. office to lead and support the PI team in a hybrid role (4 days in-office, 1 day remote). This is not a client-facing or litigation role but focuses on guidance, client consultations, and managing personnel within the PI division.
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and strategic oversight to the PI team.
- Manage and mentor attorneys and legal staff within the PI division.
- Maintain clear client communication throughout cases.
Requirements:
- JD in good standing with the D.C. Bar.
- Minimum 5 years of personal injury experience across both pre-litigation and litigation.
- Strong knowledge of D.C. law and court systems.
- Demonstrated success in managing attorneys and legal teams.
- Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation:
- $120,000–$150,000, commensurate with experience.
