Project Manager – Fire Alarm Systems

We are actively seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead fire alarm system projects from inception to completion. If you have a strong background in electrical or fire alarm project management, and thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Project Manager Benefits & Compensation:
- Competitive salary: $75,000 – $90,000 (commensurate with experience)

Project Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in the fire alarm industry
- Proven ability to manage multiple electrical and fire alarm projects concurrently
- Skilled in reviewing project plans, specs, and cost structures
- Excellent coordination and communication skills with field teams
- Strong understanding of project scope, timelines, and deliverables
Project Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Review contracts, drawings, and scopes of work to ensure alignment with project goals
- Manage all documentation, including contracts, schedules, materials, and progress reports
- Support onsite installation teams and coordinate project performance
- Provide weekly updates to stakeholders on project status
- Contribute to the development of departmental processes and training
- Schedule and oversee installation and programming teams
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
