Restaurant General Manager Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary of $65,000 to $80,000, depending on experience
- Performance-based bonus opportunity

Restaurant General Manager Required Qualifications and Background
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
- Strong background in managing drive-thru operations
- Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and retain a high-performing team
- Solid understanding of P&L, labor, food cost, and other operational metrics
- Experience using technology to drive business efficiency (POS, scheduling, inventory)
- Ability to maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
Restaurant General Manager Preferred Qualifications and Background
- Experience with mobile ordering platforms and third-party delivery integration
- Bilingual (any language) is a plus
- Passion for training, coaching, and team development
- Track record of growing sales and driving repeat business
- Familiarity with opening new units or participating in expansion efforts
- Comfortable in a franchise environment with established brand standards
- Energetic leadership style with a hands-on, customer-focused approach
