Sales Account Manager – Vacation Rentals (Tennessee | Remote)
A fast-growing vacation rental company with 200+ properties in Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, and Gatlinburg is seeking a Sales Account Manager to grow its portfolio. This full-time, remote role requires you to live in Tennessee and meet with homeowners locally.
What You’ll Do:
- Sign 5–8 new properties per month
- Build local homeowner and referral relationships
- Conduct outbound sales and close deals independently
What You’ll Get:
- $45K–$50K base + uncapped commission ($500–$1,000 per property + 5% net revenue year one)
- Health, dental, vision, 401(k) w/ match, PTO
- Tech package + marketing budget
Requirements:
- Proven success in vacation rental or real estate sales
- Local TN resident with valid license & transportation
- No more than 3–4 jobs in the past 10 years (unless well-explained)
- Must be ready to hit the ground running
- TN real estate license
- Existing network of homeowners is a plus
- Vacation rental experience
