Site Supervisor/Foreman – Excavation Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in excavation, site work, and utility installation
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, Revu, Microsoft Office, and GPS technology
- Experience working with stormwater systems, fresh water lines, and sewer systems
Must Haves:
- Lead and motivate a crew of 3–10 workers on residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal projects
- Manage day-to-day field operations to keep projects on time and on budget
- Use your expertise with blueprints, GPS, and construction software to ensure accuracy and quality on-site
- Maintain safety standards while fostering team productivity and morale
Site Supervisor/Foreman – Excavation Preferred Background & Skills:
- Prior experience supervising both private and public-sector projects
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to field challenges
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with project managers, inspectors, and clients
- Familiarity with local Worcester-area construction standards and practices
