Kitchen Manager Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to uphold food quality and consistency
- Oversee safety, sanitation, and cleanliness in compliance with health regulations
- Collaborate with leadership on food cost control, inventory, and kitchen efficiency
Kitchen Manager Qualifications
- Experience in a scratch kitchen (preferred)
- Proven success in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment
- Strong leadership with a positive attitude and a patient, hard-working approach
- Commitment to excellence in food quality and team development
