A leading dental implants company with locations across Southern California is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive new business via developing and maintaining relationships with potential and current patients who come into the office, ensuring a smooth hand-off between consult and treatment and the ability to sell/treat referral patients as VIPs. *Must be authorized to live and work in U.S.A.
Sales Consultant Responsibilities:
- Meeting with potential patients to guide them through our GPS Implant Bridge ™ dental implant solution.
- Exemplify the rainmaker sales process.
- Present treatment plans clearly and confidently, explaining procedures, costs, and timelines.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and current patients, ensuring a smooth hand-off between consult and treatment.
- Ability to discuss sensitive financial information and educate on financing providers.
- Ability to sell Patients in a standard mix of 40% / Same Day Starts and 60% Call Back Starts.
- Experience using a contact tracking system: such as Salesforce.
- Using Salesforce to maintain records of completed transactions and patients – following checklist of all necessary & required steps.
Sales Consultant Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a consultative sales or patient coordination role (preferably in dental, medical aesthetics, or similar).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive patient concerns.
- Results-driven with a proven ability to close high-ticket services.

Sales Consultant Compensation:
- Base salary is $80,000 – $90,000 with an uncapped commission; OTE is $160,000 – $180,000.
- 4 days work week (Monday – Thursday).
- Very generous guarantee bonus for the first three months to allow for onboarding and training.
