Job Title: Sales Engineer
Location: Philadelphia, PA or Remote (USA)

Overview:
An established industrial machinery manufacturer specializing in advanced mixing, dispersing, kneading, and grinding equipment is seeking a Sales Engineer to lead the promotion and sales of a comprehensive line of process equipment, including mixers and bead mills, across various industries such as chemicals, batteries, coatings, adhesives, and sealants.
This role blends technical expertise with solution-based selling, focusing on understanding customer needs and delivering tailored equipment solutions that improve performance and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell process equipment by analyzing customer requirements and recommending customized solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted technical advisor.
- Deliver technical demonstrations and presentations to showcase equipment value.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads across multiple industries.
- Collaborate with engineering, lab, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare detailed technical proposals based on lab tests, customer needs, and product capabilities.
- Support equipment installation, commissioning, and optimization on-site.
- Provide market insights and customer feedback to support strategy and product development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or related field) or Industrial Technology preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably involving capital or process equipment.
- Familiarity with industrial markets such as chemical processing, coatings, batteries, or adhesives.
- Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
- Technical aptitude and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within North America.
