What You Bring to the Table
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a luxury or upscale hotel
- At least 1 year managing in Food & Beverage
- Hands-on experience with or close collaboration in hotel sales
- Eager learner with a passion for hospitality
- Confident, career-focused, and ready to grow
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and support hotel teams with consistency and accountability
- Build collaboration across departments to ensure seamless operations
- Champion new initiatives aligned with the GM and ownership vision
- Take part in a leadership development program designed for long-term growth
- Jump into various tasks and projects to round out your GM training experience
