Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
- Support the sales pipeline through strategic use of prospecting platforms and sales tools
- Oversee accurate order processing and maintain detailed sales documentation
- Monitor and manage product inventory to align with customer needs and sales goals
- Handle logistics for shipping, receiving, and coordination of parts and materials
- Utilize Microsoft Office and other internal software systems to support daily operations
- Work cross-functionally with Finance and Accounting to resolve invoice or payment concerns
- Collaborate with team members to drive brand awareness and promote product offerings
- Uphold all safety regulations and company procedures across daily activities
- Report directly to the Sales & Marketing Director with updates and insights
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support business growth
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent business experience strongly considered
- Minimum of 5 years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in a competitive or technical industry
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute methodically and drive consistent revenue growth
- Proven history of expanding client base and exceeding sales targets
- Proficient in CRM platforms; NetSuite experience is a strong plus
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Comfortable with local travel to meet with clients and prospects
