We’re a growing, mission-driven restaurant group seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations, develop a high-performing team, and drive results in a purpose-driven, fast-casual environment.
General Manager – Requirements & Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience in a fast-casual or full-service environment
• Proven ability to lead, train, and hold teams accountable to high standards in food quality and hospitality
• Experience overseeing daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, labor management, and guest satisfaction
• Strong understanding of team development – able to coach and motivate with a people-first mindset
General Manager – Preferred Background & Skills:
• Passion for mission-focused food concepts and creating impact through hospitality
• Comfortable serving as a local brand ambassador and driving community engagement
• Hands-on, team-oriented leadership style with strong communication and operational planning skills
