Executive Kitchen Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of food service experience, with a significant portion (3+ years) in a culinary leadership role
- Foster strong vendor partnerships, secure competitive pricing, manage incoming deliveries and inventory
- Proven leadership in hiring, coaching, and retaining culinary talent
- Responsible for upholding food safety and sanitation standards that meet or exceed Florida's guidelines
- Maintain high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and execution
- Lead all food service operations, covering purchasing, costing, compliance, scheduling, and sanitation
Executive Kitchen Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Communicate effectively and remain poised and professional under pressure
- Ability to craft innovative, seasonal menus using only the freshest, high-quality ingredients
- Extensive knowledge of scratch cooking and a strong understanding of healthy and nutritious foods
