We’re seeking a dynamic Director of Sales & Marketing to lead our high-performing sales team and execute strategies that accelerate growth across the automation industry. This role is ideal for a forward-thinking leader who thrives on building strategy, mentoring talent, and identifying new market opportunities in a fast-evolving space.
Director of Sales and Marketing Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary $100 – $110k

Director of Sales and Marketing Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire both inside and outside sales teams with clear goals and KPIs
- Design and execute growth strategies aligned with company objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Launch and manage a strategic key account program
- Oversee website enhancements, content updates, and digital marketing initiatives
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships for distribution success
- Conduct market research, monitor competitors, and stay ahead of industry trends
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
- Analyze sales performance data and deliver actionable insights
- Prepare reports and presentations for executive leadership
- Stay sharp and responsive to competitor strategies and market changes
Director of Sales and Marketing Qualifications:
- Proven experience leading sales & marketing teams in a B2B or technical environment
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market and competitor analysis
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building abilities
- Experience in the automation, manufacturing, or distribution industries is a plus
Nice to Haves:
- Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement platforms
- Background in digital marketing or eCommerce strategy
