A well-respected, growing restaurant is in need of a Restaurant AGM or Service manager who can be a great leader! Are you enthusiastic with a true passion for the hospitality industry and your guests? We are looking for an individual who has a stable growing work history in restaurant management. Someone who is looking to grow by teaching and leading others, an individual who is comfortable in both the front and back of the house operations, and a person that loves building relationships with their teams.
Restaurant Service Manager Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving plan sales and profit levels while ensuring maximum guest satisfaction
- Continuously identify and align on innovative ways to enhance the guest experience
- Take over catering and events and grow revenue
- Develops and provides relevant training to ensure staff is competent and current on best-in-class techniques and processes
- Must ensure systems are maintained and utilized to ensure accurate order entry, receiving, inventory control, and menu development
Restaurant Service Manager Requirements:
- 1-2 years full-service restaurant manager experience or appropriate degree.
- Previous event and or catering experience
- Excellent Supervisory traits
- Leadership driven with an ownership mentality
- Effective communicator and guest service skills
- Multi-task while maintaining the required standards of daily restaurant operation
- Basic problem-solving and computer skills
- Hospitality focused
