Restaurant Manager / Event Planning Manager Job Requirements
- 2+ years in fine dining management, event planning, or catering
- Open availability, including nights and weekends
- Proven supervisory skills with an ownership mindset
- Excellent communication and guest-service focus
- Basic financial literacy (COGS, labor) and computer proficiency
Restaurant Manager / Event Planning Manager Role Responsibilities
- Lead front-of-house operations with a visible, guest-first presence
- Ensure 100% table touch to deliver personalized hospitality
- Plan, coordinate, and expand in-house events, private dining, and catering
- Manage reservations, kitchen coordination, guest check-ins, and expediting
- Cross-train and support staff across bar, host, running food, and bussing roles
- Develop and lead beverage training (liquor, beer, wine) programs
- Assist with basic financial tracking and reporting (Excel)
- Collaborate with culinary and ownership teams to elevate service
