An International Hotel Brand seeks an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead its team in executing the highest level of Guest Service at one of its properties in SE Texas. The Ideal Candidate will possess a strong tenure at 4-Star Hotel or Resort properties with Residences as part of the inventory. The Ideal Candidate will embody the role of Ambassador to elevate the Guest experience to the highest level. Hotel General Manager Benefits:
· Salary – $125,000 to $140,000
· Bonus based on performance

Hotel General Manager Responsibilities:
· Lead and develop team members
· Identify all property needs and execute a plan to address those needs
· Prepare operational budgets, facilitating financial planning and expense control
· Forecast revenue based on market segments and execute a plan to exceed revenue goals
· Create a memorable Guest experience
· Oversee and manage overall operations of the Hotel, including but not limited to Front Office, Sales, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Engineering
Hotel General Manager Qualifications:
· 4+ years of 4-Star Hotel or Resort with Residences experience as General Manager is a must
· Ability to think critically to develop strategies for success
· Thrive in an ever-changing & fast-paced environment
· Need to be able to analyze a P&L to ensure cost controls
· Ability to analyze Guest Service reports and recognize market trends
· Possess excellent written and verbal communication
