We are seeking an upbeat General Manager who can oversee day-to-day operations, hire and train team members, and uphold brand standards in service and food quality. Restaurant General Manager Salary & Benefits:

Restaurant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of GM experience in a high volume, upscale environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Italian Wine knowledge
- Commitment to providing exceptional guest service, and creating memorable experiences for all patrons
- Highly skilled and comfortable utilizing technology platforms such as POS, reservations, inventory management software, scheduling/employee communication platforms
- Expertise in staff development, including coaching, training, and leading team
