We're looking for an experienced Sous Chef who has solid experience working in a high-volume, upscale environment. You must have proficiency in working with fresh pasta, breads, and doughs.You must have worked previously in a scratch kitchen featuring seasonal menu changes. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of in-town Atlanta's top restaurant groups. This position will be located in Midtown Atlanta.
Sous Chef Requirements:
- 2-4 years as a Sous Chef in a fine dining restaurant
- Must have proficiency in working with fresh pasta, breads, and doughs.
- Background and familiar with chef-driven concepts
- Must have a good tenure
Sous Chef Salary / Benefits:
- Pay range is up to $60K-$66K base + yearly bonus up to $8K. Bonus could grow after a year.
