We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Manager to drive strategic initiatives that elevate brand awareness, increase revenue, and enhance guest engagement across all touchpoints. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams—including sales, F&B, events, and digital partners—to ensure cohesive and impactful brand messaging.
Manager of Marketing Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost bookings, foot traffic, and brand recognition
- Oversee content creation for digital and print channels including websites, email campaigns, social media, and advertising
- Partner with the creative team to design visually compelling, brand-consistent assets
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and key KPIs (ROI, engagement, conversions)
- Manage PR initiatives, including influencer partnerships and media outreach
- Collaborate with operations and event teams to promote seasonal offerings, promotions, and special events
- Uphold brand standards and ensure a consistent voice across all platforms
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and local market opportunities
Manager of Marketing Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or related field
- 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in hospitality, food & beverage, or lifestyle brands
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, paid media, and email marketing
- Experience managing social media platforms and content calendars
- Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and Mailchimp (or similar)
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
