We’re looking for a passionate and driven General Manager to lead daily operations for a dynamic and growing fast-casual restaurant in Logan, Utah. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-energy, guest-focused environment and is eager to take full ownership of team development, operational execution, and overall restaurant success. The right leader will bring a hands-on management style and a commitment to delivering an outstanding guest experience every time.
General Manager Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range of $70,000 to $75,000 per year

General Manager Required Qualifications & Background:
- At least 3 years of experience in a restaurant management or leadership role
- Proven ability to manage P&L, inventory, and labor costs
- Track record of hiring, training, and retaining high-performing teams
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
General Manager Preferred Background & Qualifications:
- Experience managing in a high-volume, fast-casual or quick-service concept
- Prior success overseeing new store openings or rebranding efforts
- Familiarity with digital ordering platforms and modern POS systems
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish communication skills a plus
- Background in hospitality or culinary management a bonus
- Local to the greater Logan, UT area or open to relocating
- Passion for food, hospitality, and team development
