Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of General Manager experience in upscale or fine dining settings
- Proven track record of staff hiring, development, and team leadership
- Strong operational knowledge, including budget management and P&L oversight
- Experience managing alcohol and beverage programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hands-on leadership style with a commitment to food safety and service standards
Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience with new location openings or managing high-volume properties
- Familiarity with guest engagement tools and performance analytics
