Exciting Opportunity: Director of Facilities – Join a Growing Restaurant Group!
We’re searching for an experienced Director of Facilities to join a rapidly expanding restaurant group and play a key role in scaling our operations to the next level.

Key Responsibilities – Director of Facilities:
- Take ownership of facilities operations across multiple restaurant locations
- Implement and oversee preventative maintenance programs that uphold top standards in safety, sanitation, and functionality
- Manage external service providers, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance solutions
- Work cross-functionally with operations and development teams to support openings, renovations, and large-scale projects
- Respond to urgent repair issues quickly and efficiently
- Develop and manage budgets related to repairs, maintenance, and capital improvements
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Create SOPs and systems that streamline maintenance workflows and reduce downtime
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure facilities strategy supports the company’s growth
What We’re Looking For – Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in facilities or operations management, ideally with a multi-unit restaurant or hospitality group
- Proven ability to manage technicians, vendors, budgets, and projects across several sites
- Solid understanding of building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and commercial kitchen equipment
- Excellent organization and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communicator who works well with cross-functional teams and executive leaders
- Willingness to travel regionally as needed
- Hands-on leader with a proactive, solution-driven mindset
