General Manager Requirements and Qualifications:
- Lead all front-of-house operations, events, and daily guest experiences
- Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team aligned with brand values
- Collaborate with ownership and creative partners to execute the long-term vision
- Maintain high standards of service, efficiency, and compliance
- Drive community engagement and act as a brand ambassador
- Support marketing efforts and contribute to storytelling around our craft offerings
- Oversee budgets, costs, and overall operational performance
General Preferred Background and Skills:
- 5+ years of progressive hospitality management experience (distillery, cocktail bar, or premium hospitality setting preferred)
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Deep knowledge of beverage culture, guest experience design, and service standards
- Financial and operational expertise, including budget management and strategic planning
- Passion for innovation and building community-centered spaces
- Understanding of health, safety, and regulatory standards in the beverage industry
