General Manager Requirements + Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive hospitality management experience (distillery, cocktail bar, or bar manager background)
- Natural leadership with the ability to build and motivate dynamic teams
- In-depth understanding of beverage culture, guest experience, and operational flow
- Strong financial acumen—comfortable owning budgets, costs, and strategy
- Excitement for creating something immersive, original, and community-rooted
- Knowledge of compliance and service standards within the beverage industry
General Manager Responsibilities:
- Direct front-of-house operations, events, and guest programming with precision and heart
- Hire, train, and develop a team aligned with the brand’s values and voice
- Collaborate closely with ownership and consultants to execute a long-term vision
- Uphold exceptional standards of service, efficiency, and regulatory compliance
- Play an active role in concept development, marketing initiatives, and product storytelling
- Serve as a brand ambassador both within the space and out in the community
