Iconic Brand searching for a talented Marketing Manager that will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to elevate brand awareness, drive revenue, and enhance guest engagement across all touchpoints. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, F&B, events, and digital partners to ensure consistency and impact in all communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive bookings, foot traffic, and brand recognition.
- Manage content creation for digital and print channels including website, email marketing, social media, and advertising.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually compelling and brand-consistent assets.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and key KPIs (e.g., ROI, engagement, conversions).
- Coordinate PR initiatives and manage influencer partnerships and media outreach.
- Partner with operations and event teams to promote seasonal offerings, promotions, and special events.
- Maintain the brand voice and ensure brand standards are upheld across all platforms.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and local market opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in hospitality, food & beverage, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, paid media, and email marketing.
- Experience managing social media platforms and content calendars.
- Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and Mailchimp (or similar).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
