We’re looking for someone with serious drive and restaurant “chops” to be our next long-tern Executive Chef…
Chef Responsibilities:
- Leading, coaching, developing diverse individuals through positivity in a busy, elevated restaurant environment.
- Full responsibility for accuracy in flavors, operations, costing, reporting, purchasing, receiving, preparation, service times, plating and product quality.
- Implementing, monitoring, enforcing and perfecting processes and controls.
- Set menu; Not a creative/R&D position

Chef Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Kitchen Manager/Head Chef/Chef de Cuisine/Exec Chef
- Ability to teach and coach and get people excited about cuisine.
- Able to manage costs and have a solid understanding of inventory controls and financials.
- Highly-organized; Catches and corrects when small.
- Excellent communicator, listener, teacher, collaborator
