What We're Looking For
- Proven success building high-performing teams that deliver results
- 5+ years of full-service restaurant management experience in a high-volume setting
- Strong front and back-of-house knowledge
- Leadership that’s confident, level-headed, and inspiring
- Steady tenure (no more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years)
- Experience in restaurants with high alcohol sales
- Comfort managing $5M+ in annual sales
