Hotel Assistant General Manager Benefits offered:
- Salary $65,000 to $75,000
- Bonus Plan

Hotel Assistant General Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager in leading and managing a well-trained team of Associates in the Rooms
- Supports and implements business strategies for the hotel, which are aligned with brand standards and the owners’ overall mission, vision, values, and strategies
- Ensures alignment of the hotel’s operations with owner and brand-set objectives by serving as a liaison for owner relations in conjunction with corporate
- Works with the Department Heads to continually improve hotel operations by evaluating guest services provided and responding to opportunities within the market
- Analyzes business results on a regular basis and takes actions to improve results as appropriate
- Ensures that the hotel adheres to brand standards of operations
- Provides genuine hospitality and teamwork on an ongoing basis
- Assumes the responsibility to notice when the guest is not satisfied and works to resolve
- Performs other duties required to provide the service brand behavior and genuine hospitality
Hotel Assistant General Manager Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of Hotel experience
- Hilton PEP system experience REQUIRED
- Ability to think critically to develop strategies for success
- Thrive in an ever-changing & fast-paced environment
- Proven track record in delivering financial results
- Need to be able to analyze a P&L to ensure cost controls
- Ability to analyze Guest Service reports and recognize market trends
- Possesses excellent written and verbal communication
- Proven track record of positive associate satisfaction scores
