Assistant Restaurant Manager Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily Front-of-the-House operations with the General Manager
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Support high-level staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and morale
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
Assistant Restaurant Manager Requirements
- 3 years in a similar position in a fast-paced full service restaurant
- Positive, upbeat attitude – we have fun!
