We are proud to partner with a progressive, state-of-the-art healthcare organization in search of an experienced Human Resources Generalist. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic HR professional with a background in multi-location healthcare environments who is passionate about people, culture, and continued professional growth.
Human Resources Generalist Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and coordinating candidate assessments.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries, offering guidance on company policies, benefits, and workplace practices.
- Manage and coordinate benefits enrollment and administration, including liaising with third-party providers to ensure timely and accurate support.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
- Support HR compliance efforts, audits, onboarding/offboarding processes, and employee lifecycle documentation.
Human Resources Generalist Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of HR experience, ideally in a healthcare or multi-site environment.
- Solid understanding of HR practices, labor law compliance, and healthcare industry regulations.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.
