Resort Executive Chef Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee kitchen operations for all events and outlets as it relates to the property
- Creative event and menu planning
- Financial and operational report management
- Assist the F&B Director with operational projects and duties
- Help grow the brand name in the surrounding community
Resort Executive Chef Qualifications Include:
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a Full-Service Hotel / Resort experience is a must.
- Skilled in managing food and labor costs, ordering, inventory, and kitchen financials with annual sales of at least $4 million annually.
- Experience with creative menu and event planning in diverse culinary settings.
- Likes being able to work in a remote location or outdoors in a park is a plus.
