Kitchen Manager Benefits and Compensation: 

 

·       Competitive base salary range of $70,000 to $75,000 annually

Kitchen Manager Qualifications: 

 

·       Proficiency with kitchen management software (e.g., Toast, OpenTable) 

·       Expertise in fine dining culinary techniques, especially steak preparation 

·       Experience in menu development and inventory management 

·       Ability to lead and train kitchen staff effectively 

·       Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations 

·       Capability to manage high-volume, high-pressure service periods

 

Kitchen Manager Preferred Background:

·       Prior experience in fine dining or steakhouse kitchens 

·       3+ years of professional kitchen management or sous chef experience 

·       Strong understanding of cost control and supply chain management 

·       Familiarity with Texas fine dining trends and guest expectations
