General Manager Compensation & Benefits:

General Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Drive day-to-day operations with a focus on guest experience, team development, and financial performance
- Ensure excellence in food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety
- Hire, train, and mentor FOH and BOH leadership and hourly staff
- Monitor P&L performance and lead initiatives to control food and labor costs
- Foster a positive and professional work environment in line with Columbia’s values and legacy
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and labor standards
General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of recent experience as a General Manager in a high-volume ($12M+) full-service or upscale casual restaurant
- Proven track record of strong P&L management and leadership development
- Hands-on leadership style; thrives in both FOH and BOH environments
- Experience with scratch kitchens and a commitment to quality and hospitality
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Stable and progressive work history
