What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with the F&B Director to oversee budgets, control costs, and design innovative menus that drive profitability.
- Take ownership of food quality and consistency from sourcing to service—ensuring every dish reflects excellence.
- Streamline kitchen operations and ensure all equipment and systems run like a well-oiled machine.
- Stay ahead of culinary trends, keep an eye on the competition, and help bring seasonal promotions and events to life.
- Hire, train, schedule, and mentor an exceptional back-of-house team while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Handle kitchen admin, lead planning meetings, and keep your team aligned, inspired, and sharp.
What You Bring:
- At least 5 years in an Executive Chef role within a fast-paced, full-service environment (hotel experience preferred).
- Culinary degree and ServSafe Certification required.
- Deep understanding of banquet operations and large-scale service.
- A track record of culinary creativity, trend-savviness, and wine knowledge—you’ll have a chance to showcase it in a cooking test.
- Proven leadership in team development, scheduling, payroll, and kitchen morale.
- Confidence with financial tools and admin systems like Outlook, Kronos, Synergy, and OnTrack.
- Physical stamina and technical skill to perform at the highest level day in and day out.
