The Opportunity
As Executive Chef, you will oversee the full culinary operation—including à la carte, banquets, room service, and events. You'll be responsible for developing innovative menus, building a strong kitchen team, and ensuring every plate meets our standards for quality and presentation. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with the drive to lead from the front.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of chefs, cooks, and stewards across multiple outlets
- Develop seasonal menus tailored to guest preferences and brand identity
- Control food and labor costs while maintaining premium quality and consistency
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with F&B and Events teams to execute seamless service for weddings, conferences, and group functions
- Cultivate vendor relationships to source fresh, sustainable, and cost-effective ingredients
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a hotel or resort setting
- Strong understanding of banquet, buffet, and à la carte service
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills
- Financial acumen in food costing, inventory, and labor management
- ServSafe certified (or equivalent); culinary degree a plus
- A true passion for hospitality and culinary excellence
