Join a fast-growing, joyful bubble tea brand known for quality, authentic and handcrafted drinks. With 12 stores across Minnesota and more on the way, we’re looking for a hands-on, people-first leader to serve as our Director of Operations.

Director of Operations Requirements & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of multi-unit operations leadership (food & beverage, QSR, or retail preferred)
- Strong operational knowledge and comfort managing store-level KPIs: sales, labor, P&L, COGS, transaction counts, and customer satisfaction
- Strong understanding of service models and Passion for delivering consistent guest experiences across all locations
- Experienced in designing or enforcing training programs for front-line and management staff
- Experience working with and mentoring entry-level, hourly teen/college-aged teams
- Comfortable with fast past environment
- Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Minnesota
- Ability to travel regularly between store locations
Director of Operations Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across 12+ Minnesota locations
- Lead by example with a hands-on presence in stores — coaching, jumping on the line when needed, and keeping a pulse on team dynamics
- Motivate and mentor a young workforce (mostly teens and college-aged staff) in a high-turnover, fast-paced environment
- Build strong relationships with Store Managers to support performance, morale, and retention
- Monitor and manage KPIs (sales, labor, COGS, guest experience) to drive store success
- Standardize and enforce SOPs, training protocols, and store-level systems
- Guide new store openings and team development across MN
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor laws
- Collaborate with partner stores in Colorado & Florida to share best practices, training tools, and operational insights
