We are searching for a Chef De Cuisine for our luxury hotel in Jackson Hole! We offer adventure, incredible food, and impeccable world-class service.
Chef De Cuisine Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the back-of-the-house team while working harmoniously with the front-of-the-house team
- Drive sales through consistent, high-quality food
- Detail-oriented in regards to all sanitation and food safety standards
Chef De Cuisine Qualifications:
- 3+ years as an Executive Chef/Chef De Cuisine
- Experience working in an full-service environment including Banquets and in-room-dining
- Tenacity and commitment as demonstrated through a stable work history
- Hands-on management style, always leading by example, with professional presence and demeanor
