Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
- Experienced Restaurant General Manager from a polished-casual or upscale dining brand
- Strong background in full-service restaurant operations
- Excellent with P&L management, team building, and guest satisfaction
- High-energy leader who leads from the front and inspires results
- Obsessed with systems, service standards, and coaching your team
- Willing to travel for 4–6 weeks of out-of-town training
