Executive Chef – Dinner-Only Concept | $100K–$125K + Growth Potential
We are a growing, dinner-only restaurant concept seeking a skilled and passionate Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. If you’re driven by hospitality, excellence, and classic American/Italian cuisine, this is your opportunity to join a people-first organization with room to grow.
Executive Chef Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: $100,000 – $125,000 (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and uphold high culinary standards
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain consistency and efficiency
- Collaborate with ownership and front-of-house leadership on menus and specials
- Monitor food and labor costs to ensure profitability
- Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as an Executive Chef or CDC in a high-volume à la carte dining environment
- Expertise in traditional American/Italian cuisine
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- ServSafe and Allergen Awareness certification (or ability to obtain)
- Strong commitment to hospitality, quality, and guest experience
