We’re hiring an Executive Chef to lead one of our made-from-scratch kitchens. This is a hands-on leadership role where your presence, energy, and experience will drive both team performance and guest satisfaction. Executive Chef Responsibilities:
- Oversee full back-of-house operations
- Lead and develop kitchen staff through training, coaching, and accountability
- Maintain high execution standards across all stations and shifts
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Uphold sanitation, safety, and kitchen efficiency standards
Executive Chef Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years in leadership role
- High volume experience
- Comfortable with late nights
- Systems and Process-oriented
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- New restaurant opening experience
