Our client is seeking a Plant Production Supervisor for the THIRD SHIFT at a growing USDA Production Facility in western Missouri. The ideal candidate has a similar employment background, a strong internal drive for success, and a proven ability to lead and motivate leadership and front-line teams. This role will be responsible for establishing system capacity and personnel standards, as well as overall production, maintenance, warehouse, logistics, innovation, and scheduling while operating within established financial guidelines.

Plant Production Supervisor Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience in food processing or manufacturing environment
- Experience in the principles and practices of a USDA production facility
- High school diploma or equivalent, required. BA degree in Food Science, Operations Management or related, preferred
- Ability and desire to work night shift
- Deep understanding of HAACP, FDA and USDA standards as well as quality assurance practices
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making under pressure
- Familiarity with production scheduling software and basic data analysis
- Solid career progression and tenure
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future
