General Manager Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3–5 years in a General Manager role within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, with full P&L responsibility.
- Hire, train, and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and excellence.
- Operate with an ownership mindset, always looking for ways to grow the business and develop your people.
- Lead local marketing efforts to boost brand awareness and strengthen ties within the community.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by leading from the front—setting the tone in customer interactions and driving a strong sales culture.
- Evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, service quality, and team performance.
- Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators, using data-driven strategies to maximize profitability and resolve discrepancies.
- Direct day-to-day operations across all departments, ensuring seamless coordination and execution by management teams.
- Champion safety across the organization, maintaining a secure environment through regular training and strict adherence to safety procedures.
- Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and balance, protecting both the guest experience and business goals.
- Track key business metrics, identify areas of opportunity, and implement targeted initiatives to improve overall performance.
