Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef in creating and maintaining an exceptional culinary experience
- Support and ensure consistent execution of food prep and service
- Assist in training, and developing team members
- Ensure cleanliness and safety protocols are in place
Sous Chef Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years in leadership role
- High volume experience of at least $5million/year
- Proven leadership skills
- Systems and Process-oriented
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience leading BOH teams of 10-20 cooks a shift
