Position Title: Service/Bar Manager
Location: Rogers, AR
Salary Range: $55,000 to $60,000

Position Summary:
The Service/Bar Manager oversees daily front-of-house operations, guest experience, and bar management. This role ensures exceptional hospitality standards are maintained through leadership, training, and scheduling. This manager plays a hands-on role in both service execution and team development, directly supporting the General Manager in delivering a superior dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and engage with team members to deliver memorable guest experiences
- Maintain strong presence across dining room, bar, and front door
- Oversee scheduling for front-of-house staff
- Interview, hire, and onboard front-of-house team members
- Manage bar inventory, ordering, and bi-weekly liquor, wine, and beer counts
- Support ongoing training and development of hourly team members
- Partner with the General Manager to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Warm, passionate, and guest-focused
- Calm under pressure with excellent communication abilities
- Self-motivated, dependable, and maintains a professional appearance
