General Manager Benefits/Compensation:
- Salary: $80,000-$85,000 pending experience
- Healthcare: Medical, dental, and vision coverage

General Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:
- Strong background in hospitality operations
- Budgeting, KPIs, and revenue generation expertise
- Must bring corporate structure while working in a creative and entrepreneurial environment
- Hands-on leadership: Must be present and engaged, not just behind a desk
- Ability to train and oversee department leads
- Resort and country club operations experience a plus
