Requirements & Qualifications:
- Must have prior experience building out a restaurant kitchen
- Must have BOH background as well
- Proven success leading high-volume restaurant operations
- Fluent in COGS, P&L, budgeting, and cost control
- Able to lead in a fast-paced, high-reward environment
Preferred Background & Skills:
- Confident, consistent leadership of 20+ team members
- Strong BOH systems knowledge and operational flow expertise
- Passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences
- Background in traditional and modern Mexican fare, especially tacos
- Bonus: Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary: $100K–$125K
