They’re now seeking a Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney to take the lead on high-stakes matters, mentor junior attorneys, and bring firepower to a litigation team that’s built for speed, precision, and impact.
Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney Benefits:

Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney Requirements & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in commercial litigation
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in New York State
- Admission to the New York Federal Court (EDNY/SDNY)
- Proven experience handling complex business disputes
- Strong writing, research, and case strategy skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and mentor junior attorneys
- Trial experience preferred; must be courtroom-ready
Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney Preferred Background:
- Experience in business bankruptcy or financial restructuring litigation
- Prior work at a litigation boutique or Am Law firm
- Strong deposition and motion practice experience
- Ability to lead case strategy sessions and manage litigation teams
- Interest in contributing to firm growth and client development
- Grit, presence, and a solutions-first mindset
