The Business Development Leader leads our sales and customer service teams, driving company-wide gross profit growth while fostering personal and professional development across the department. This leadership role focuses on recruiting, training, and refining policies to ensure the company meets and exceeds its financial goals.
Business Development Leader Responsibilities:
- Oversee the personal and professional development of all sales and customer service team members
- Drive overall company gross profit growth between 10–25% annually
- Lead recruiting, hiring, and training efforts for sales and customer service personnel
- Develop and adjust company policies and procedures to align with current and projected demand and workloads
Business Development Leader Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years managing high-level accounts in the facilities management, outdoor services, or related industries
- At least 5 years leading sales and customer service teams of 6+ members with $6M+ revenue
- Strong leadership, training, and strategic planning skills
- Familiarity with Apple computers and operating systems
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent communication proficiency
- Relevant industry certifications, or willingness to obtain within 6 months
