Are you a strategic sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment? Join our innovative luxury outdoor spaces company as our Director of Sales, where you’ll lead a growing team of Inside Sales Representatives and our Customer Experience Center Manager. You'll be responsible for driving sales performance, shaping unforgettable customer journeys, and scaling our presence throughout nationally and beyond.
Director of Sales Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 7+ Inside Sales Representatives and the Customer Experience Center Manager, fostering growth, accountability, and collaboration.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement scalable sales strategies across B2B and B2C channels, ensuring consistent lead conversion, revenue growth, and brand positioning.
- Customer Experience Oversight: Partner with the Customer Experience Manager to elevate every client interaction, reinforcing a seamless, welcoming, and high-touch customer journey.
- Performance Management: Track sales KPIs, set goals, and provide coaching to ensure individual and team success. Lead weekly meetings and performance reviews.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and leadership to align messaging, promotions, and pipeline development.
Director of Sales Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in luxury, design, home improvement, or hospitality sectors.
- Proven ability to manage, coach, and grow high-performing sales teams.
- Deep understanding of both B2C and B2B sales cycles, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong strategic thinker with excellent communication and analytical skills.
- A passion for exceptional customer service and luxury outdoor living is a plus.
